These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlowBlocks mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”).
FlowBlocks (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Nadzeya Yashchuk.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
FlowBlocks is provided for personal entertainment and non-commercial use only.

2. Gameplay and Availability

4. Purchases and Premium Features
FlowBlocks may offer optional in-app purchases, premium features, subscriptions, promotional access, or limited-time features.
All purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not directly collect, process, or store payment information.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

- Game design
- Graphics
- Visual assets
- Music
- Sounds
- Logos

- Gameplay systems

is owned by or licensed to Nadzeya Yashchuk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially use any part of the Service without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be available,
- the Service will always function without interruptions or errors,
- bugs or technical issues will never occur,
- the Service will meet every expectation or requirement.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadzeya Yashchuk shall not be liable for:

- loss of gameplay progress,

- device-related issues,
- interruptions,
- technical errors,
- temporary unavailability of the Service.
